Anna Bougia has an M.A with distinction in Management of Language Learning, University of Greenwich and is a PhD. (cand.) in the Institute of Educational Cybernetics, University of Bolton. She has 10 years experience at teaching Modern Greek in private and public schools. She has worked as a translator in the Greek Embassy in Tel Aviv and taught Greek as a foreign language in Saint Michael Greek Orthodox School in Jaffa. She is currently an EAP instructor and lecturer at New York College, Athens. Her major research interests are focused on learning innovation in Higher Education, autonomy and cognitive pscychology.
